1. Project Overview

Project Name: Kratom & T-VER Carbon Credit Project
Objective: Promote sustainable agriculture and ESG investment by cultivating Kratom trees to absorb carbon and generate carbon credits.
Managed by: CleanCarbon, TGO, Blockchain Technology Partners
Location: Suitable farmland in Thailand (Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, etc.)


2. Business Model

1) Kratom Cultivation & Carbon Credit Acquisition
✅Analyze carbon absorption → Obtain T-VER certification → Issue carbon credits
✅Establish a sustainable agricultural model → Involve local farmers

2) Carbon Credit Trading & Monetization
✅ Sell credits through domestic and international carbon markets (Puro.earth, CBAM, etc.)
✅ Implement blockchain-based NFT certification system (using the CleanCarbon platform)

3) Collaboration with the Medical & Wellness Industry
✅ Form partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and wellness centers
✅ Develop Kratom-based health products (herbal medicine, functional beverages, etc.)

3. Step-by-Step Implementation Plan

Phase 1 (1–3 months)
✔ Select project site and conduct feasibility study
✔ Discuss certification procedures with TGO and government agencies
(T-VER certification process initiation)
✔ Build a network of local farmers and investors

Phase 2 (4–6 months)
✔ Begin large-scale Kratom tree cultivation
